Can I cancel my order after I've made a purchase on the website? Yes

We offer immediate order cancellations up to a limit of 12 hours after purchasing, so if you change your mind within that time, send us a message and we'll cancel and refund you in full. Once you have placed an order and it is processed, if we receive an email and it has not been shipped, we will gladly still cancel your order, but a restocking fee will be charged less the handling fee. Once we have processed and shipped the order, the sale is final and cannot be cancelled. 

How do I return or exchange an item? We do not accept any returns/exchanges. Please see our return policy for additional information. 

What types of Payment do you accept? We accept all Standard Payments to include Visa, Mastercard, discover, and American Express. We also accept apple pay and google pay. 

What are your shipping options? We currently ship via UPS or USPS. 

What if the item I ordered arrives broken or damaged?

Please note that we will gladly replace or refund any item that may have been damaged during shipping. For any discrepancies/damages, please be sure to contact us within 48 hours of delivery/receipt, or we will not be able to honor your request. Please do not discard items until we have completed our investigation. Please take pictures of product as well as packaging, as these will be requested.
